Randi Skaug (b. 1959) is a professional adventurer and speaker. Also the first Norwegian woman to have climbed Mt. Everest, she can surely wake us up from our winter tales and hibernation. Sakteruta (slow route) is the adventurer’s kayak journey along the arctic coast, from Rørvik, Norway to Russia. On the beautiful coastline, which is also one of world’s toughest, she walks into a journey that takes the time it takes, light and free. Skaug lives in Oslo.
