Harminder Judge invites you to an experimental event as part of Open Forum. This will not be a standard presentation of the artist’s previous work, nor will it be a discussion concerning shifts and trends in contemporary art and critical theory, nor a dissection of art historical movements. Instead you are invited to sit in a dark room and watch American Wrestling for a while. Judge will select a series of short clips lasting approximately 10 minutes each with each clip followed by a short discussion. The discussion will take pace in darkness and you may give as much or as little as you wish; the spotlight will never be on you. Judge hopes that the outcome of this event will form part of a future project. Judge will be assisted by Ksenia Aksenova.
